4-20mA Function Instructions
1. Function description.
This function is a two-wire 4-20mA current loop analog output. The output of the instrument will be adjusted according to the range when it leaves the factory. The output current is 4mA at zero point and 20mA at full range. The output current has a linear relationship with the weighing. The current output range can also be adjusted according to the actual application, and the maximum range is about 0-24mA.
2. Precision description.
The 4-20mA chip adopts SPI to receive data. There is a 16 bit resolution. So its precision can reach 65535 in theory.
3. Instrument parameter setting.
P28 of the menu is set to 01, that is the 4-20mA function is turned on.
4. Correction instructions.
When the instrument leaves the factory, the zero point calibration is 4mA and the full scale calibration is 20mA. If there is any deviation or adjustment is required according to the actual application scenario, long press the function key during normal weighing to jump out a row of numbers, about 10922 (0x2aaa). By adjusting this number, the output current at zero point can be adjusted. After the current is adjusted to the expected value, press enter key to display "4mA OK". Then a row of numbers will pop up, about 54613 (0xd555). By adjusting this number, the output current at full scale can be adjusted. After the current is adjusted to the expected value, press enter key to display "20mA OK". The setting is completed. This function will not work until both zero and full scale are set.
Description of digital adjustment: the navigation '←' key up regulation the number; The navigation '→' key down regulation the number, and the navigation '↑' key adjusts the division value of the number change; Confirm with the navigation '¿' key.
